EXPERIENCED STYLIST
Full or Part – Time Position
Commission Based
Looking for a new salon home? We want to meet you. We work with stylists at every level to give your career new life. You will have the opportunity to earn as a commission service provider while also benefiting from our incredible free in-salon training and continuing education. It can be hard to find the right fit. We are proud to provide you a professional, supportive environment while you continue to grow in your career. If you are a compassionate, creative stylist with great communication skills, a cooperative spirit, and a passion for client care we would absolutely love to have you join our team!
Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills.
Exceptional knowledge of hair colour theory and application techniques.
Advanced cutting and styling skills.
Comfortable using social media
Knowledge of appropriate cleaning and sanitization practices
Retail skills preferred
For experienced stylists we offer training in our colour lines and hair products. We will provide you with all the equipment necessary except for cutting shears which must be high–quality and well maintained. As a member of our team, you will be promoted through our Facebook, Instagram and E-mail campaigns for increased visibility to potential clients. As a team member, you will receive discounts on products and services as well as performance based bonuses and commission.

ASSOCIATE STYLIST
Full – Time Position
Hourly Wage with scheduled graduations to commission.
We are looking to take on graduates from hairstyling programs for our associate position.
Applicants should be compassionate, responsible individuals who are creative, caring, and excited to develop their career. You must be willing to be a part of a team, excel in customer service, and be attentive to client needs.
Requirements:
Graduate of a Hair Styling program.
Understanding of basic hair colour theory and application techniques.
Basic cutting and styling experience.
Basic social media skills
Knowledge of appropriate cleaning and sanitization practices
Retail skills preferred
Through the salon associate program, the applicant will receive coaching on client recruitment and retention, customer service, and retail skills. The associate will be provided training on our fabulous product lines as well as free further education opportunities through product representatives and L'Oreal Academy courses. You will work hands on with our talented, experienced staff which will provide you with an incredible advantage kick-starting your career. All team members receive discounts on products and services and as your career with us progresses we provide performance based salary increases and commission.
